Cross Waves Church Inc ("Cross Waves Church", "us", "we", or "our"), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, operates and manages all Cross Waves Church websites. Any of the sites are referred to from here on out as the "Service".

  • Health information if shared in pastoral meetings
  • Health information to help with attendance to Cross Waves Church events or activities
  • Religious information such as faith affiliations, church event/activity attendance, personal faith decisions, and baptisms
  • Prayer requests
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you with your willingly given consent. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.

Mailchimp
MailChimp is an email marketing and communication platform that Cross Waves Church will use to send marketing or promotional material, newsletters, or generic updates of Cross Waves Church events or activities. You can opt-out at any point using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email's footer. You can contact us to delete, edit, or amend your Data as well.

Personal Data of Children will be collected by ChurchTeams (our church management software) if you are registering or checking in to a Cross Waves Church event or activity, or if you provide it willingly to a staff or team member to be entered into our Planning Center database. Please refer to Planning Center's privacy policy to see how that data is securely handled and stored.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in best practice, security and control and to ensure compliance with any changes or amendments to the Law or other applicable legislation in the EEA. Any amended version will be available on the website. We suggest you visit regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
